Tha main strategy is this.

Thunder Bluff Tabard, Gifted Heal, Magatha, Kahul, Tauren Mystic, Power Word: Purity and Light's Gaze are all good healing abilities/allies, as a standard priest should do, while Dathrohan's Cemeronial Hammer helps triggering Tribe powers as much as it's possible, since it removes an ally from the game and immediately puts it back in play, healing off every damage from it too. Cool! The top deck card is obviously Kahul the Sunseer, with his huge Tribe power, made bigger by Dohna Darksky when in play: imagine you play your little drop 1 Timewalker Sunguard while Kahul and Dohna are on board and you do a good 6 damage to the opposing hero while healing 6 damage from yours, yeah! That is possible because of Kahul's power in combination with Dohna's power and the Sunguard's power, so the final defense value of the Sunguard will be 2+1+1+2=6 and all that became true just exhausting a single resource. What do you think?

P.S.:
The name of the deck derives from the italian exclamation "Porca vacca!", meaning something like "Holy cow!" Doesn't it sound appropriate? :D
