the card reads 1, *exhaust* - Double the damage on each ally.

can some explain this card to me

Pay 1, exhaust this ally and then put double the damage on all allies, including yours. So if an ally has 1 damage taken, it will have 2, if it has 3 it will have 6, and so on. And of course, after resolving this card, all allies that have fatal damage will be destroyed.
