I got the deck sync to work but not collection sync so maybe just needs some fine-tuning on this website's end?

It seems there are some problems with 'All' setting. You can try using Collection instead and see if it works.

I can confirm that using Collection|SaveDeck worked to sync my collection within a minute of cancelling someone I listed.
Welp, I guess it works again.

using Collection|SaveDeck doesnt work for me either,just making sure the api needs to be in the hex main folder right and not in sub-folders of hex e.g. programs files->hex->hex_data

also i could be that my mail system doesnt work properly in hex

i still cant seem to get my collection to sync.

it has |All at the end.
the ingame collection is such a drag to go through.. without hextcgbrowser theres pretty much no convinient way of keeping track of what you're missing/what you want to sell.

Try using Collection or other individual events instead of All. It fixed it for some people.

Unfortunately, I don't know other options. Maybe try reinstalling the game or something. It is definitely a problem with the API itself. For some people it works fine with any setting, for some it only works with 'Collection' option and for some it doesn't work at all...

Hey guys, you might want to try this. My collection wasn't syncing properly for a long time and just now I found the solution. When you copied and pasted the code line from the website you might want to check if a space was added to the line. I found that mine did and I deleted the space and saved, then I logged into the game and did a refresh on the website and everything works fine.

no spaces or anything in my file, i even tried reinstalling. manually getting the cards up is too much of a bother... -.-
