"wheels of Fate (Book 1)",
...does this mean any kind of chest from the Set "shards of fate"?
I don't understand this "Book 1".

Just like PVP cards belong to a set (shards of fate, shattered destiny, etc), the PVE cards also belong to a 'Book' set. Currently all released PVE cards belong to Book 1. The other part means where those cards be found. In your example is wheels of fate. I should probably add more info, like which kind of chests and so..
