Well here is the deck I still enjoy playing the most in the Classic format.
The deck includes a toolbox of many different Equipments and as such is able to defend itself from many other Classic decks.
Hope you guys like it. If there are any questions about the deck or sideboard (not posted) feel free to ask!

Death Wish Classic
Re: Death Wish Classic
Looks like a pretty scary classic deck. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to play against this!
Re: Death Wish Classic
A lot of your one of's and things of that sort, are you just running because that is all you had, or all you felt was needed?
Re: Death Wish Classic
Keys to the Armory lets him search his deck for an equipment card, so all those 1-ofs become a toolbox of unique effects he can search out with Keys.
Re: Death Wish Classic
That's a lot to rely on keys to be able to do, but I do see he has the quest and such as well.
Re: Death Wish Classic
As said by Ghost, there are many ways to find these pieces. Besides the Keys to the Armory we have Big Game Hunter, A Rare Bean and even Reconstruct to get the pieces back when needed again. Additionally Girdle of Razuvious searches and brings out your wincon Weaponry. Due to the likelyness of certain pieces showing up in your starting hand (but you not wanting it there) I decided to include the minimal ammount of wincons and the maximum ammount of ways to find them. Additionally it allows for many awnsers to many situations who in turn eventually lead into victory. This deck is a very tough nut to crack.Mizer18 wrote:A lot of your one of's and things of that sort, are you just running because that is all you had, or all you felt was needed?
Feel free to ask the full theory behind the deck but the set up speaks for itself mostly . Big Game Hunter is the best Quest available with 33 Equipments and a Rare Bean often names Rare, 40 Rares are included. Do note that in certain situations the right call might be an other rarity, it depends on the awnser you really need.
The main reason to go Monster Warrior in this case was because of Commander Ulthok. This way you can deal with Overkill, Buzz or Amani much easier and your opponent will have difficulties to deal with your boardstate.
The deck preforms extremely well against any Aggro deck. The deck suffers more from Aquatic Form Quest Combo and doesn't mind the Wizard or Rogue match up all that much.
