if play any card other than a quest, as a resource, can you turn it over and play it like normal?

I don't remember any rule, even on a card with special ability that allows a card that is turned over to flip back to front side, so no, quest or not any card that is put in play or becomes flipped will not turn back to front side.

Im not sure the exact rule, but I have always played that no card can leave your resource row, unless destroyed by a power, so I would think no, you wouldnt be able to use say, an equipment or an ability, because it would be stuck in your resource row.
