A question about untargetable allies

Hi guys ! (Sorry in advance for the possible bad english, it's not my native language)

So there is this card http://wow.tcgbrowser.com/#!/cardid=640 and I was wondering if it also target untargetable allies since the card just says "destroy ALL allies" not "all TARGETABLE allies".

And there is this hero too http://wow.tcgbrowser.com/#!/cardid=3244, his hero power is "Alliance allies in your party are Elusive", does it also affect the untargetable allies ?

In both cases answer is yes. Untargetable allies are only protected from powers that specifically target something.
