Yes. A few times. But I didn't receive any e-mail.

I see you have a hotmail email. For some reason hotmail doesn't accept the emails from my server. It happened before unfortunately.

I see you have 3 accounts that use the same email. Which one do you need unlocked?

The one that uses Williamwalrus as username. If it helps, is the one which has lots of cards in the collection.
